Alert levels 2 and 4

We are pleased for those of us able to now operate at alert Level 2 from today. We continue to hope that Auckland can join us and move down the alert levels quickly and safely.

aibGROUP staff in Wellington will be moving back into the office from next week (starting 13 September). Our Auckland office remains closed.

Customers wishing to visit our Lower Hutt office from next week (13 September) please be aware of the following:

·Our front doors to the office will remain closed at this point. We will keep you updated on any changes here.

·Customers visiting us alongside our staff will need to observe the 2-metre distance rule and you must be wearing a facemask.

·Please ring and/or contact us before coming in. All visitors must sign in using the Covid Tracer App or Manual Register

It also remains effective to continue with contacting us via phone or email during alert Level 2.

In regards to claims, the most efficient way to submit a claim continues to be via our website: www.aibgroup.co.nz/claims

Alternatively, you can take a photo of damage, complete a claim form and submit your claim by emailing to [email protected]
