We are really pleased to advise that Keryn Hancock has accepted the role of aibGROUP Claims Manager.
Keryn will shortly clock up 16 years in the business having served in a number of roles prior. Before joining aibGROUP, Keryn also lead a customer service team at what was then State Insurance.
Her experience will be of real value to our clients and our claims team. We are sure our clients will continue to see real value in our dedicated claims team approach.
Keryn will join the claims team from the 9th of March 2020.
